Summary: The AUM Processing Assistant is a vital position that will work very closely with our clients, business partners, advisors, and staff. This position will serve as the liaison between the client and our internal associates for all things pertaining to the processing of new and existing applications, amendments, process files, review alerts among other functions. This position will be responsible for ensuring all account opening, transfers, and client requests are completed within the business standard. Having a solid background with customer service, energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude are paramount in this role.
The ability to interact with staff, at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. Incumbent must be a team player, flexible, proactive, resourceful, dependable, and efficient. Additionally, he/she must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow through any assignments and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize, review files, and documents
- Handle confidential information – reviewing, organizing, and maintaining such files
- Provides audit information to management by researching, analyzing data, preparing reports
- Helps others by answering questions, and responding to requests
- Financial industry terminology and account types
- Salesforce data entry and management
- Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
- Google Suite and calendar management
- Service Excellence
- Problem Resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- High school Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required
- Successful completion of industry standard background screening required
- Industry licensing is not required for this position but will be an option for future professional growth
