Job description
The Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement Transformation by establishing and adopting simple efficient processes and maximizing efficiency of the procurement activities through the right set of tools. The Procurement Analyst is a flexible, fast learning, practical professional with strong social and analytical skills, whose role has specific objectives:
(1) He/She is responsible for the deployment, maintenance and constant improving of the Procurement tools and associated processes:
- Coupa for the P2P process, ContractIn for contract signature and management, ProcIn for procurement reporting & dashboarding, Provigis for vendor compliance, and other tools (notably group tools eg. eSourcing) that could be deployed to AXA Partners
- Deployment of Coupa for the P2P process to the whole AXA Partners scope
- Activities include: user setups, ensuring appropriate training and ongoing support to all users to enable them to do their jobs more effectively. Manage change and ongoing maintenance with the systems owners
- Support buyers and stakeholders to meet business and function goals and constantly work on improving the associated processes (for the P2P process, in conjunction with the Finance Team). Contributes to the improvement of the maturity for additional added value (eg. outsourcing)
- Actively contributing to the AXA Group associated communities (to gather and share best practices and leverage the size of the Group) and AXA Partners procurement community (share best practices)
(2) He/She drives dashboarding and reporting activity: procurement dashboard, savings reporting, outsourcing reporting.
(3) He/She supports procurement transformation towards more agility: further simplification, improve TTM, Kanban and other experimentations, contributes to building action plans and monitor their implementation
(4) He/She is responsible for maintaining up-to-date Procurement site

- To think strategically, to challenge the ‘old’ way of doing things, to share and embark in a vision and turn it into execution plans
- To have a strong background in project management in a global environment
- To manage risks and control environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines and Implements procurement tools roadmap
- Builds procurement dashboards and reports
- Is a key pillar of AXA Partners Procurement team, and acts as a champion of agility and simplification

The Procurement Analyst must combine technical and soft skills in a global, multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Relationship management skills – internal and external – in a multicultural environment to be able to build relationships and/or deal with very different personalities at various hierarchy / seniority levels and various organizations / countries / cultures
- Influence and convincing skills, notably vis-à-vis procurement, finance and legal community, to work & get results in international teams with no hierarchical direct structures. Ability to speak up and fight for one’s ideas. Ability to translate technical information into common language
- Strong collaborative and change management skills
- Ideally experience in deployment and maintenance of Procurement tools (Coupa, Salesforce)
- Flexibility to adapt fast to changing requirements and priorities
- Focus / Prioritization / Simplification
- Ability to add value through process, and have a “just necessary” approach.
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Significant years of professional experience required (8+ years), to have concrete understanding of diverse working environments and diverse working cultures
- Practical experience in procurement (procurement and sourcing categories, tools implementation incl. P2P, contract management ..) or processes & tools implementation in other domains (eg. Finance, IT), in a Global Environment
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Experience working in a matrix & international environment
- Experience in working with multi country stakeholders
- Experience in transformation context is a plus
- Excellent English
