MongoDB's Global Procurement department is looking to welcome a highly motivated intern to join our global team over the Summer period. This Intern will be an instrumental part of the team and will have the opportunity to work on strategic global initiatives while learning the ins and outs of a growing Procurement Organization. This role will collaborate with a Senior Procurement Analyst, worldwide business partners, and suppliers to help ensure the successful execution of tactical deals.

What we are looking for in you

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• You are interested in technology and are motivated to learn about procurement and its processes.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a knack for negotiation.
• Due to complete studies in 2024.

What you'll do

• Work with cross-functional teams globally across multiple levels of the organization
• Gain experience working in systems: Procure to Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management and Business Analytics.
• Support the Senior Procurement Analyst on 2023 strategic projects requiring data analysis and business presentations.
• Other activities on adhoc basis to support needs of a fast-paced, growing company

MongoDB Internships in Ireland are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 or 11 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
