Location: Cork, Ireland (hybrid)

The successful candidate will be given the freedom to assess the current risk and control environment within Procurement, including reviewing key processes such as how the company engages, sources, and contracts with suppliers, and ultimately redesigning a risk matrix. The successful candidate will then develop appropriate mitigating strategies and internal controls to address these risks as the role evolves. The Procurement Analytics & Compliance Analyst will support the overall procurement strategy and enable the procurement team through data analytics, metrics, and reporting, reporting to the Procurement Center of Excellence Senior Manager.

Job Duties:

• Support a data-driven design of the Procurement Compliance operating model and practices

• Support a data-driven design of the Procurement Compliance operating model and practices

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Capabilities team and the Global Process Owner to conduct research and benchmarking to inform the design and implementation of the Procurement Compliance Operating Model.

• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify non-compliance drivers, process inefficiencies, cost drivers, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• English fluency and the ability to negotiate in English are required.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting is preferred, as is relevant commercial finance/business analyst experience.

• Procurement/finance/business data analysis experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of auditing practices, process improvement, and performance management compliance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Cork, County Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
