  • Create high-quality deliverables, with some oversight and guidance from another designer, within timelines and project requirements
  • Play an active role in our thriving, inspiring, fun Product Design practice and culture

To be successful in this role you'll need to:

  • Have experience designing complex yet intuitive interfaces.
  • Effectively present design solutions and articulate design decisions
  • Organize and structure information in a logical and intuitive manner
  • Be comfortable challenging existing research and assumptions in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using design tools such as Figma/Figjam, Principle, Research tools, Rive and/or other prototyping and animation tools
  • Have a bias towards action and favor practical choices, speed, and a respect for sequencing
  • Respect existing UX patterns, but desire to improve and create better flows and patterns
  • Adhere to first-principles thinking
