Job Summary
Product Operations Managers are primarily responsible for the go to market activities and operational readiness required for new product launches and key product initiatives. They use proven project management methodologies to effectively lead product initiatives and are accountable for the completion of all key milestones, ensuring program delivery that is on-time, within budget and provides the intended result. Product Operations Managers are expected to partner closely with Product Management and be a role model of leadership, transparency, performance, and project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Operations Managers are expected to partner closely with Product Management and be a role model of leadership, transparency, performance, and project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define, organize and lead cross functional initiatives
- Provide input to launch plan & timing to ensure success for the project that meets market requirements
- Act as the central point of contact for high level scope discussion, communication and readiness for the launch
- Track progress toward project milestones and ensure overall readiness for launch
- Anticipate, address, and/or escalate impediments
- Act as a liaison between the program and leadership, championing communication and executive status related to the program to foster transparency and visibility
- Manage dependencies across teams and portfolios and ensure they are planned into milestones
- Collect, organize, and analyze product data
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of project management and business operations experience
- Understanding of key metrics to drive results
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills as evidenced by conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, team building & decision making
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing environments
- Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the US
- Ability to travel on occasion

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $61,600-105,164. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
