The Product Manager will report to the Head of the Technical Product Line Brake Systems for the Off-Highway Division. As the Product Manager, the key purpose is to serve as an expert in off-highway hydraulic braking system markets and product applications. In this role, you will manage pricing and provide technical editor support for the Technical Project Lead, support other regional sales, and the overall product line strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

• Supports product line strategic plan with deep expertise in off-highway hydraulic markets

• Provides a holistic view on competitor landscapes, including technologies, the customer experience, etc

• Serve as a source of deep product and market knowledge at the service of the Sales and Project Managers

• Support the region and help identify and pursue potential business opportunities for off-highway braking products

• Stay connected and involved in customer communications during the implementation phases of new features and functions; following up on new generation product projects

• Manage global pricing for off-highway hydraulic braking products

• Manage quality and cost of all technical literature for off-highway hydraulic braking products

• Own the complete product/service life-cycle, including support change management tasks, including supplier, process or design changes

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, program, project or product management

• Expert level understanding of hydraulic products and markets

• Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of working principles in products/services

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communication with different groups within the organization of all levels, and outside of the organization
