MMA offers a variety of technology solutions to help our clients mitigate and manage risk. The Product Manager will be responsible to translate high level business requirements into technical requirements and functionality essential for key customers and stakeholders.

Job Scope:

• Help manage the product portfolio in a way that aligns with customer needs, business growth, competitive market, and overall technology strategy.
• Produce technical specification documents to solve business problems.
• Perform and coordinate testing for features.
• Have input into product roadmap.
• Manage development lifecycle of product features.
• Translate ideas into features, and follow product development from start to finish.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Ensure products are released and launched correctly and on schedule.

Requirements:

• BS / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years product management experience.

• Exceptional knowledge of web, software, and app development for IOs and Android.

• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Experience with Agile / SCRUM frameworks
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into a technology solution
• Ability to communicate at all levels from C-Suite to Developers
