As the Production Coordinator, you will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure all transactions are completed properly and timely, batch tickets are opened/closed, orders are fulfilled on time and in spec.
What you will do:
- Process all transfer orders between manufacturing plants
- Open/close production batch tickets
- Research variance with operations to resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate production with Quality Supervisor, and QA Technicians daily to ensure all products are made and tested in a timely fashion
- Communicate any off spec issues with QA and Customer Service Manager
- Participate in the daily morning production meeting
- Ensure that all products are packaged in the proper containers, and that they are labeled correctly
- Ensure that Packaging Approval Forms and Pump Out sheets are filled out properly
- Verify batch adjustments and ensure they are captured on production orders
- Work with R&D to update and correct batch instructions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must be willing to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or 4 years work experience
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Day Shift
Potential retention bonus of $500 after 90 days and $1000 after 6 months. This retention bonus is for external hires only.
