Overview:
Team Edition Apparel, a division of Foot Locker, Inc, is looking for quality focused individuals who are willing to work on their feet all day, have a great attitude, be an excellent teammate and have near perfect attendance. This position entails guiding a team of 3 to 5 assocites in the setting up and running of an automatic screen print press. No prior knowledge of screen printing is required. We are looking for someone who can learn a process and help their team succeed. This person should be a great communicator, detail oriented, and have the desire to learn to be a great leader.

The starting pay for this position is $16.50 per hour.- This position works Monday through Friday 1:45pm to 9:45pm, with paid meal breaks.
- No mandatory Overtime.
Position Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Lead team of 3 to 5 associates to complete jobs in a safe and productive manner.
- Attend daily start up meetings.
- Learn different roles of team you will lead.
- Work to achieve impression goals.
- Proactively monitor quality to avoid spoilage.
- Fill out daily productivity paperwork.
- Delegate tasks to team to ensure quality and productivity
- Ensure paperwork is correct for each job prior to running job.
- Follow machine set up procedures.
- Communicate with your team well and bring any issues to your leadership team on a timely basis.
- Help train new associates as needed, following all training procedures provided by training department.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed.
- Prior leadership exerience and Basic PC skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus as well.
- Willing to train the right person who wants to be a great leader.
