*1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM; Monday Through Friday*

*Starting Pay = $21.00 per hour, PLUS:

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS:

• $500 after 60 days
• $500 after 6 months
• $500 after 12 months

Job Summary:

To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly and supply of Sealite roto-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken.
• Molding of plastic parts through use of roto-molding machine.
• Concrete and foaming of roto-molded plastic parts.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Package finished goods ready shipment.
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe workplace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
• Cooperate with other staff, supervisors and managers.
• Perform any other duties as directed by Rotational Molding Team Leader or Production Supervisor.

Minimum Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift License
• Ability to lift 80lbs
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
