Rooftop Designs is seeking to hire a Production Manager for their growing team in Beltsville, MD.
Rooftop Designs is headquarter in Maryland, and has locations throughout the US from Illinois and Indiana through the East coast expanding to Maryland, DC, Virginia, New Jersey. We stand by our customer service, products, and installation. We do so behind with our 50-year Golden Warranty that we offer to our customers.
Prior home improvement experience is not required but integrity, drive, ambition, focus, positive attitude energy, attention to detail and solid communication skills are required to be successful. Knowledge of home improvement products is a plus. Previous PM experience is a must.
A successful Production Manager will possess:

- Computer literacy
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments including evenings and weekends.
- Strong written, verbal and listening- communication skills.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with your own reliable transportation
The Production Manager will:
- Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meet standards.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs
- Calculate job costing
- Obtain appropriate permits for jobs
- Invoicing and payment collection
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the home improvement industry or local marketplace preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a supervisory role
- A minimum of 1 year PM experience
