The Planner is responsible for managing the daily work order schedules for the production team. This position executes the Master Schedule Build plan while working closely with the Manufacturing Team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining work order schedules for the shop floor for based on demand.
• Analyze bottlenecks and recovery schedules and assist with problem resolution.
• Monitor and escalate raw material shortages or overages.
• Ensure cycle time during work order release.
• Works closely with the manufacturing and planning teams to ensure work order schedules are updated and delivered on time.
• Assist with providing analytical support for projects as needed.
• Monitor parts through the manufacturing processes and expedite as required.
• Review open PO reports and distribute them to vendors weekly.

Skills/Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in cross-functional and peer group settings.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications. Experience and familiarity with ERP, MRP and Planning systems.
• Collaboration abilities with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Management.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Pass Medical physical and drug pre-employment screening.
• Cleared Federal Criminal Background Check; our business maintains an ATF permit.
• Documents for eligibility to work in the United States must be presented upon hire.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
