Job Summary

Plan, organize, and provide overall coordination for marketing services' projects and functional processes. Ensure project relevance and efficient resource utilization while maintaining standards and effective methods for timely project flow and completion. Under the direction of Production Management Office, provides coordination for marketing project work and integration of efforts of marketing project teams as well as supporting key production functions of Risk Management, Resource Management, and Quality Management.

Project management is a key function of the role and includes attending, supporting, and facilitation of the marketing process improvement project and program team meetings. Assists in the development as well as management of project plans and schedules. Utilizes project administrative tools to monitor project plans, work hours, and financials ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and with quality.

Risk management is a critical element of the role. Assists in identifying, assessing, and facilitating resolution of business and technical issues/risks.

Resource management includes the support of resource planning, forecasting, resource assignments and reassignments. Supports the process of prioritizing marketing projects within and across project teams.

Quality Management includes several key areas of responsibility. Assists in the development and implementation of Quality Management processes, procedures, and tools within our Marketing team. In addition, provides reporting and analysis for both marketing projects and our production processes. Also, supports the post-close analysis of projects to identify areas of potential process improvement.

Communications and maintaining productive working relationships with project team and third party service providers/vendors is integral to the role. In addition, supports effective communication between all members of the project team by ensuring timely and appropriate generation, collection, and dissemination of project information. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, project tools (i.e. Smartsheet, MS Project, etc), and quality management processes / tools.

May require occasional travel between work sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.

3 to 5 years experience in related position preferred.
