Job Summary
This position is based out of our Clackamas Facility: 16800 SE Evelyn St- The schedule for this position is a 2-2-3 rotation, 6am to 6:30pm, every other weekend off
- Pay range starts at $20/ hour for entry level; wages are higher for candidates with prior experience
- Minimum monthly bonuses are equivalent of up to 6% of wages
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind.- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
- Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
- Stop or resets machines when malfunctions occur.
- Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work with the team to determine root cause of the problem.
- Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Complete required production paperwork accurately.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent- Basic written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling processes a plus
- Prior experience with production paperwork a plus
