Our electronics manufacturing facility is seeking a production test engineer to support our assembly test operations. Job responsibilities include:

• Developing accurate, clear and concise production work instructions for test technicians to utilize
• Analyzing test yield data for product/process improvement
• Determining proper production test processes and flows
• Diagnosing production hardware failures
• Performing root cause analysis and applying corrective actions (RCCA)
• Performing process improvement activities
• Supporting our team based culture and associated meetings
• Interfacing with manufacturing to implement process improvements
• Interfacing with design engineering to implement product improvements
• Mentoring and developing test technicians

Requirements:

• BS in electrical engineering preferred (BS in other engineering disciplines considered)
• 3-5 Years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and associated components
• Strong problem solving skills and the flexibility to adapt around barriers
• Effective time management and the ability to work multiple complex issues concurrently
