Responsibilities

Ø Performs warehousing and merchandise handling tasks in all phases of operations

Ø Assist in the completion of production and special-order garage doors (i.e.) Insulation, Glazing.

Ø Participating in physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory weekly. (Reporting to Warehouse Manager)

Ø Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures, while providing aid to management or staff in order to safely conduct business.

Ø Assists-Supervise with loading and unloading supplies.

Ø Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts, drills, saws, etc...)

Ø Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Ø Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ø Must perform work in non-climate-controlled warehouse facility

Ø Manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination for operation of hand / power tools

Ø Ability to safely lift 75 pounds

Ø 1 or more years Warehouse experience (Required)

Ø 2 Years Forklift experience (preferred)

Ø High School Education

Ø Good communication and leadership skills

Ø Candidates for this position must have a good attitude, a desire to work hard with a great team, and the ability to be a self-starter, while leading others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
