Job description
We are hiring Production Workers for food production in Juda, WI. 1st shift hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, overtime on Saturday as needed. The pay for this position starts at $19.10/hour.
Production Workers are responsible for:
- Perform basic operation of assigned packaging equipment machine and related computer systems.
- Quality checks to ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards.
- Setup, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance to the packaging equipment.
- Complete required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracy.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain forklifts.
- Meeting assigned efficiency goals
- Communicating with supervisor and team members
