Production Workers needed Immediately!
Premier supplier of plastic molded components, converted products and distributed products to the automotive and transportation markets. We are looking to add talent to all shifts in our Quality Manufacturing Department.
A QMA I is responsible for assembly and/or operating one or more plastic injection molding machines or auxiliary equipment. QMA will inspect, perform value added work and pack parts accordingly.
Duties:
- Visually inspect parts and ensure they meet the quality standard.
- Identify parts for scrap and document cause for scrap.
- Immediately escalate quality and process output concerns according to the posted escalation policy
- Participate in root cause investigations to determine cause and counter measures for problems with the process or parts.
- Engage in training in order to improve knowledge and skills
- Complete shift/press paperwork as required
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a positive attitude and good attention to detail.
Salary:
- $15-17/hr
