Job description
Join our growing Dairy team as a full-time, Dairy Production Coworker. In this position, you are responsible for the following:
- Running bottling fillers
- Working in the pasteurized tank room washing tanks
- Cleaning and sanitizing the dairy plant area making it ready for production
- Unloading case trailers
- Stacking case pallets up to a 3rd tier
Work schedule: Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working 4:00am to 12:00pm
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate casing equipment at speeds of 100 units per minute
- Accurate/detail oriented
- Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
- Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
- Read/understand/interpret numbers
- Work in fast paced environment
- Work well alone/as part of team
- Work in a safety conscious environment
- Work in a noisy environment; work in temperatures of 35-40 degrees F
Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 45 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.
Benefits:
- Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour
- Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
- A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
