The staff collective at Stonewall Youth in Olympia is looking for a Youth Program Director. Applicants for the position must be age 21 years or under at the time of applying. (We have age requirements to ensure that Stonewall Youth remains “by and for” youth.)

Founded in 1991, Stonewall Youth is a youth-led social justice organization that empowers LGBTQ2S+ youth to speak for themselves, support each other, educate our communities, and work for social justice. The organization is operated by a non-hierarchical staff collective.

Programming Director:

~Applicants for the position must be 21 years or younger at the time of applying. (We have age requirements to ensure that Stonewall Youth remains “by and for” youth.)

~20 hours/week $26/hour (with room to increase or decrease hours) + healthcare benefits.

~The Programming Director staffs our weekly drop-ins, participates in weekly collective meetings, and works alongside the Community Outreach Director and Lead Drop-In Director to efficiently plan Stonewall Youth programming.
