ABOUT THE ROLE
As the
Program Director you will oversee the daily operations of the programs and holds the over-arching vision of Seneca's Santa Clara Connections Community Based Programs. You will
embody Seneca’s core values of providing strengths-based, family focused, individualized services at the times and in the locations, that best meet the youth’s and family’s needs. You will be responsible to ensure the most comprehensive and effective services are provided to youth and family’s in the community at times that are most convenient for them, and to ensure those services are documented in a way that demonstrates compliance with all county, state and federal regulations. You will coordinate and consult with other Seneca program and interact with the community as a large. You will also be available to youth and families on a regular basis and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of Santa Clara Community Based Services programs.
- Facilitate new relationships and maintain existing relationships with other community-based organizations, the public-school system, community resources and county agencies including probation, behavioral health, and social services.
- Develop and implement new program models and service methods including evidenced-based practices to successfully address both the needs of the population served as well as the needs of the contracting entity.
- Ensure program viability and financial sustainability.
- Conduct outreach to the communities served and solicit feedback for ensuring successful program implementation.
- Manage and analyze in-depth outcomes data and service delivery effectiveness in order to inform service provision and maintain adherence to the service models.
- Develop and conduct agency-wide and community trainings relating to clinical and administrative topics.
REQUIRED
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related subject area.
- Obtain fingerprint clearances with the DOJ and FBI in addition to other regulatory requirements
- Strong writing, organizational, presentation and computer skills
- Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary team
- Supervisory experience
- Valid California driver’s license and insurability through Seneca’s automobile policy
- Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal licensing or certification requirements
- Must show proof of COVID-19, fully vaccinated and boosted

- License or license eligible with the BBS.

- Starting at $104,000 per year, with actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
