- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with Business or technical focus. In lieu of a degree, PMP, CPCM certifications or DAWIA Level III in any focus area and 15 years experience accepted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
Description of Duties
As a Program Integrator, you will assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
Requirements
- Experience developing program documentation
- Experience with contract reviews, cost estimating and monitoring of program outcomes
- Production and tailoring of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation
- Prepare materials to assist in the program decision-making
- Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel [pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts] to display data clearly
- Previous experience creating reports and resource planning/tracking
Desired Skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management reporting
- Creating effective program requirements that are specified to meet mission needs
- Knowledge of gathering unfunded program requirements in accordance with PEO policies
- Experience preparing presentations to assist with status reviews
