Eagle Integrated Services (EIS) is looking for a qualified Program Manager to support our contract at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in Fayetteville, NC.

Job description
We are seeking a Program Manager with a working knowledge of the current IM/IT operations in a medical facility supported by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or other Government offices, to provide day-to-day management and support of the WAMC’s network environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Implement best practices and processes to track the progress of services and the development of capabilities in terms of defined cost, schedule, and performance outcomes.
  • Complete reports to support the contract process and costs.
  • Adjust priorities and resource allocation based on objective program performance data.
  • Provide metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision-making based on data.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, senior technical leaders, system engineers, and fellow program managers to help develop a strategic vision.
  • Establish governance processes for a program and related reviews.
  • Oversee a testing program that satisfies DoD/ODNI/Industry guidelines while demonstrating that an acceptable level of customer expectations has been assessed and met.
  • Leverage data and analysis from systems engineers, configuration managers, contracting officers, and financial managers to inform project/program performance measures.
  • Communicate program successes and issues to reflect performance as compared to the program baseline and performance standards.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a certification as a PMP or a PMI CAPM
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience as a program manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Related experience and/or education:
Candidates MUST have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship and be able to pass a government background investigation.
