Are you ready to make your mark? Woodward is hiring for a Program Manager at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for managing projects and program team activities in the development and launch of new products.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for successful planning and execution of multiple aerospace programs
  • Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to engineering, operations, sales, and finance
  • Focusing on support for new product introduction programs/projects with some engagement in supporting legacy products for servo valve, pump, fuel metering unit, actuator and specialty valve production lines
  • Managing programs and teams to meet deadlines and customer demands
  • Using the Woodward Product-Life-Cycle process to support product development

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Program Management or a Technical discipline desired
  • 2 or more years of experience in a program/project environment or project coordination

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
