Linke Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Children’s Stabilization Unit located in Parsippany, NJ.
The Program provides acute stabilization services to children 12 to 20 years of age with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.

- Provides direct care services, medication monitoring, individual/group/family interventions, and assistance with daily living skills when directed and necessary with respect and dignity
- Monitors and ensures accurate program and clinical documentation.
- Monitors and schedules required staff training, as well as relevant seminars, conferences and additional training.
- Interact with Clients, Staff, and Parents
- Bachelor's degree in the human services field; or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3 years’ experience working with youth
- Supervisory experience preferred
