Job summary
We are looking for a Sr Program Manager to join the Network Services Operational Excellence team.

The ideal candidate will require proven project management, critical thinking and problem solving skills. The candidate should be open to new challenges, extremely good at multi-tasking, innovative, creative, self-directed and a great team player. Candidates should drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and software engineering teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify and drive network project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.
• Manage multiple competing networking projects simultaneously.
• Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely and high quality delivery.

• In-depth knowledge and experience developing operational metrics
• In-depth knowledge of Networking
• Experience in defining and implementing automation opportunities within an operational environment
• Experience in agile management methodologies
• Experience with Lean methodologies and Six-Sigma or similar qualification
