Summary of Duties:
Direct and facilitate the Building Coordinators Program for Facilities Services Operations. Provide quality assurance and coordination for all Building Coordinators and related representatives; including; creating, editing and maintaining the website, emergency contacts, any building related inspections, special requests, and Central Control & Monitoring System (CCMS) alerts; plans for and coordinates renewal, rebidding, or adjustment to service contracts; and for other agreements which many become necessary in provision of external maintenance/inspection or service. Responsible for accurate execution of work management system operations. Prepare and monitor work request scheduling for work performed by Facilities Operations staff; facilitate work-flow. Monitor and provide reports on shop expense and/or work completion against a variety of work orders/projects to insure compliance with stated budget constraints and to assist in managing overhead expense.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience.
- Program Specialty: Two year' experience in administrative support and coordination experience for buildings and grounds construction/maintenance resources and activities or equivalent.
- Experience working in a project team environment coordinating, communicating and scheduling project activities and requirements.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated capability working with computer software applications for data base accessing and reporting, calendar scheduling, word processing and spreadsheet preparation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years' experience in administrative support and coordination experience for buildings and grounds construction/maintenance resources and activities or equivalent.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Experience with Filemaker Pro.
- Experience being a Quality Assurance Evaluator, preferably on a maintenance service contract.
- Experience with WSU Administrative Information Systems (AIS).
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint Services, Access, Word, Excel, MS Project, and Outlook.
- A.A. Degree.
- Experience working with copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.

Monthly Salary:
Range 42 $3,401 to $4,541 (Steps A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
