Position description
Promotes guest relations by interacting and responding to patients, and staff in an appropriate and professional manner. Partners with the Primary care departments to schedule Annual Wellness Visits for ACO patients. Works collaboratively with data analysists to determine need for attribution and or GAP closure. Supports quality improvement efforts in Primary Care.

Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required.

Additional qualifications
Previous medical office experience and/or experience scheduling patient appointments in EPIC, preferred. Secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer/keyboard knowledge. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Ability to work in conjunction with staff in a supportive way to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ability to address difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Proficient computer operation of various software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, EPIC ). Ability to learn new software quickly.
