Responsibilities:

• Assisting Service Users with programmes & activities in our Resource Centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow

• Escort / assisting Service Users on the bus and accompany on trips/outings
• Assisting with personal care
• General cleaning & tidying of Centre
• Assisting at meal times

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to work as a part of a team
• Willingness to engage in training.

This is a Community Employment scheme. It is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Must be eligible for Community Employment - Please contact your local DSP Employment Services/INTREO Office to check your eligibility. Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.

Location: ABEC, Arklow, Co Wicklow

Hours: 19½ hours weekly (Based on T&C of scheme)
