Our Opportunity

The successful Project Accountant must be a problem-solver who can roll up their sleeves to deliver results; a motivated self-starter who can run with their own projects and work as a team; detail-oriented, organized, and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement; knowledgeable of accounting principles; armed with good interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate level of discretion; well equipped with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Duties Include:

• 
  Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable/Collections
• Billing (AIA experience a must)
• Cash Posting
• Job Costing Analysis
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• General Ledger Transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and posting entries and assisting on reconciling the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Assist in producing monthly reports for management and perform variance analysis.
• Participate in audits.
• Performs other duties as required.

Ideal candidate should have:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Construction industry accounting, including job cost experience a must.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
