Construction Management firm located suburban northeast Philadelphia is seeking a reliable, full-time Project Administrator to work for a construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and wok independently. Proficiency in MS Work, Excel and Outlook required. Responsibilities include preparation, distribution and tracking of subcontract agreement, purchase orders, requests for information and change orders. Candidate will also be responsible to obtain, review and track all subcontractor insurance, along with other general office support functions as needed. Minimum two years prior office experience required, construction experience preferred but not required. If you are a team player please apply
