PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR(Construction Jobsite Assistant)

Position Requirements

  • Prompt, reliable, organized, multitasker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills

(Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook)

  • Must have high school diploma or higher education
  • Prefer Construction Admin Experience
  • Must pass background and drug test

Duties

Answer phones, process mail, FedEx, visitor coordination, office supplies, etc.

Complete contract documents using existing templates, correspondence, report info, etc.
Follow up, Track, Organize, & Maintain documents (Subcontracts) Contract documents, insurance, invoices, logs, directories, etc.Generating, reading, evaluating & using job reports
Organizing & maintaining all paperwork files

Some Basic Accounting

Assist Project Team with Paperwork Flow, Distribution, & Deadlines as Directed by the Project Manager

Keep Office Trailer Neat & Organized

This position reports to and is supervised by the Operations, Sr or Project Manager at the jobsite.

Work hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.

Work location is on a construction site in a jobsite trailer located in Clermont FL.

All Employees must pass a background and drug test prior to hire date

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
