What the day will look like:

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts as project manager and own the financial performance of those accounts including:
• Serve as the primary client contact, developing a thorough understanding of their business operations
• Growth of assigned owner-controlled insurance programs through expanded contractor participation
• Ownership of renewal process, meet with client team to set renewal strategies
• Facilitate effective communication with and between owner-controlled stakeholders, including internal client risk management, procurement, and legal groups as well as participating contractors.
• Coordination of insurance program marketing for assigned client accounts
• Understand client issues and help resolve them through analysis, research, and team collaboration
• Elicit, analyze, and document program requirements by communicating directly with clients and colleagues to resolve issues
• Assist with connecting processes and overcoming internal silos
• Support department business operations, financial processes and improvement/efficiency initiatives
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for bespoke client reports and provide corresponding data analysis and interpretation to clients

• Exceptional client communication skills
• 4-10 years of industry experience
• Ability to analyze and resolve financial issues
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to partner and collaborate with colleagues within various finance disciplines
• Ambitious, strong team player, willing to own responsibilities and take initiative

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $69,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
