JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will play a central and wide-ranging role in project administrative support for the ADG BTS Project Management team as we strive to achieve the best outcome for our mission critical strategic and operational projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the project management team in meeting scheduling, event planning, and resource planning and management, and support the team as necessary with meeting notes and documentation of follow-ups and action items.
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new project performance management tool, and be an active owner in the ongoing care and feeding of the new tool
- Be responsible for maintaining the details of project budgets by tracking spend and data entry into the project performance management tool and Excel, and providing this information as input to weekly project status reporting.
- Facilitate the status reporting process using a combination of tools and PowerPoint, assisting leadership in ensuring that overall program status reporting is accurate and current.
- Manage a time entry process to track hours for labor capitalization, providing support to the team members and ensuring this process is complete each week.
- Act as a project manager as required on some internal IT initiatives.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the Project Management team and ADG's CIO.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
- Deep experience with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and build expertise quickly
- Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
