Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a plumbing subcontractor company in its search for a project coordinator.This is a Direct Hire opportunity in the Carson California area. The shift is Mon-Fri7am to 4pm.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare document distributions to subcontractors
• Attend and document project meetings
• Review and transmit submittals
• Cost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheets
• Prepare and document extra work orders
• Prepare RFIs per instructions/direction
• Compile contract close out documents
• Document punch list work
• Field Progress Forms/Field Progress Report tracking

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in managing construction projects or BS/BA degree with no prior experience is a plus
• Experience in Residential Plumbing /Mechanical projects is an advantage
• CAPM certificate is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Intermediate level
• Understanding of Procore, Plan Grid is a plus
• Must have Bluebeam and Excel experience.
