Summary:
The Project Coordinator oversees and is responsible for tracking all aspects of project scheduling. Coordinates project planning with the Project Manager or Clients, Contractors, Engineers and Inspectors to ensure that project is within schedule and that the essential design criteria are met.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for coordinating site walks, feasibility work, and drawing reviews.
- Communicate daily with Project Managers and other internal office departments. If required, may also include communication with clients and contractors.
- Maintain all documentation (both paper and digital files), between contractor and client.
- Maintain project tracking documentation for both Project Manager and client.
- Other duties to be added as deemed necessary.

- High School graduate or equivalent.
