Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

Tommy’s is looking for a Project Coordinator to support customer facing roles with a sense of urgency, reliability and equipment knowledge while executing at the highest level. As a Project Coordinator you will be assigned to work closely with a select group of Project Managers partnering with Franchisees to build and open new Tommy’s Express locations from the ground up across the country. This role requires you to follow standard operating procedures while also allowing the individual to put their own creative spin on processes as they see fit. This role requires a high level of execution, attention to detail, being proactive and collaboration between departments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build and compare equipment and materials quotes for Franchisees throughout the construction project development phase.
• Enter and review information for sales orders, financial proformas, and change orders.
• Work with Project Managers on change orders and communicate to all parties involved.
• Maintain equipment document databases (talking points, knowledge base)
• Facilitate the order collections process with the accounting department and track financial changes to the contract.
• Coordinate with general contractors on receiving building loads.
• Help facilitate development projects across multiple states and regions across the country.
• Maintain and effectively communicate across multiple departments such as purchasing, engineering, project development, and fulfillment.

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Views customer care as high priority

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
