Job description

National Millwork Inc. is looking for energetic, organized, detail oriented estimators, and estimator assistants to join our fast growing multi-family/residential door, hardware and millwork company. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with people on all levels, such as Owners, Subcontractors, Project Managers. National Millwork offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, and 401K.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive communication with builder during the bid process.
  • Prepare bid packages and quotes from take-offs.
  • Prepare submittal packages.
  • Maintaining job changes, R.F.I.’s and correspondence.
  • Provide direct support to salesmen.

Job requirements include:

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN OUR WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA OFFICE.

  • ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONS!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience or Education in estimating, plans reading is mandatory.
  • Experience working in construction.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Blue beam estimating software a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
