August-Jaye Inc. is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. We are a Santa Rosa based firm that primarily focuses on specialty / finish trades such as doors, windows, finish carpentry, window coverings, wall coverings, etc.

DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:

• Research of potential projects / opportunities
• Track current project and schedules
• Monitor project schedule, RFI's, submittals, change orders
• Request quotes from suppliers if needed
• Follow up on past bids
• Prepare material submittals
• Assist with ordering materials
• Track project schedules to ensure material is ordered in advance

SKILLS NECESSARY:

• Personable and friendly with clients
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Organized, dependable, punctual
• Proficient with Google docs
• Ability to multi-task and perform under deadlines
• 1 year experience is recommended but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate
• Valid drivers license

COMPENSATION: Depends on the candidate.
