8+ years' experience with heavy industrial construction work with a general contractor.

Job Duties:
- Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.
- Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project.
- Meet or exceed the success metrics in the areas of safety, profitability, schedule, customer satisfaction and quality.
- Leads team and subcontractors.
- Enforces safety culture.
- Provide regular and accurate financial projections to our clients ownership/CFO throughout life of project.
- Proactively and transparently manages changes, utilizing company's change management software/protocols, and negotiates fair and profitable settlements with client.
- Maintains positive cash flow through the timely preparation, submission, and collection of monthly invoices, especially final invoice.
- Completes the project on-time with weekly schedule progress updates.
- Track progress of critical and long lead submittals, materials, equipment.
- Develops strong and trusting professional relationship with the client.
- Ensures that the client is satisfied and would do repeat business.
- Delivers a project of award-winning quality.
