Job description

F.S.I is a full service architectural aluminum & glazing specialty contractor. We fabricate/produce, and install a full range of products such as but not limited to: curtainwalls, storefronts, canopies, sun control devices, ornamental aluminum/stainless, doors, handrails, and all building envelope enclosure systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to clients and project team members.

Responsibilities

· Set project timeline

· Monitor project deliverables

· Update clients or team members on the project progress

· Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

· Coordinate with General Contractors on behalf of company to produce a good product and reputation to F.S.I.

· Check sizes on shop drawings and deductions to field verified sizes.

· Order material for fabrication

· Work with other Project Mangers on field power for installation schedules

Qualifications

· Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings (required)

· Personable and good representative to our organization

· Computer skills- Auto-Cad (preferred), Excel tabulations/ formulas, Adobe or Bluebeam

· Organization, communication

· Measuring layout

· Submittal tracking and submitting experience

· Degree or compatible industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
