My client is a progressive Irish Main Contractor and they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their company and manage a new project in North Dublin consisting of apartments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projects
- Advising on staff requirements
- Working with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmes
- Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
- Working with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised
- Maintain good client and design team relations
- Attend client/design team meetings
- Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings
- In conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the project
- Proficient in planning software, such as MS Project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and methodical approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills, must be able to manage and drive multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Ability to supervise and manage staff.
- Degree qualification with a minimum of 7 years’ experience at Project Manager level
