Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Project manager with 2-3 years’ experience in Project Management and Agile Experience. The Transformation Project Manager will play a key role in introducing new ways of working and supporting stakeholders as they transition into this new model. This individual will work closely with leaders across multiple regions and functions, coaching them on new ways of working and to stand up and scale Chapters and evolve our ‘new ways of working’ approaches and practices. As part of achieving a Digital-First enterprise, you will assist in transforming how the firm operates and adopting new ways of working. This role will sit within the Digital Operations – Operations Readiness Team and will be focused on shepherding and coaching stakeholders in standing up and scaling chapters across the organization, following an established blueprint/roadmap. This is a new role in the team and will be instrumental into enabling the enterprise to transition to the new ways of working. Success requires strong project and stakeholder management skills and an inquisitive mindset with the appetite to challenge the status quo. Job Responsibilities: • Safeguard the blueprint and roadmap for chapters • Collaborate with business stakeholders and teams across the organization to ensure chapters are stood up and established following the blueprint/roadmap • Establish regular check-ins with chapters to advance outcomes and provide ongoing coaching and support • Provide tracking and reporting on progress being made across multiple chapters • Participate in key new ways of working discussions, making recommendations to optimize outcomes and highlighting any risks and issues • Coach and mentor teams on new ways of working practices , e.g. QBRs, OKRs, etc. • Facilitate byte-size sessions on new ways of working topics, as appropriate

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Agile certification or having Agile Experience • Results oriented, proactive, and adaptable • Experience with facilitating teams and leaders in agile methodologies • Experience with acting as a coach and mediator, possessing multi-modal communication styles; having the ability to deliver constructive feedback and not afraid to escalate impediments to leadership • Must have strong time management and communication skills • Experience with problem solving • Experience with delivery creative ideas on how to engage everyone, self-motivated to help the team reach their goals; willing to roll up sleeves and execute alongside peers Education/Experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience with working independently and working effectively with key stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-national work environment • Prior experience working with senior executives and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence senior executives in decisions critical to adoption and implementation of Agile practice
