Qualifications for the L5 Project Manager, Strategy and Planning:
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
 5-8 years of project management, risk management or compliance roles
 Superior attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems creatively
 Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
 Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders and senior stakeholders;
 Ability to manage multiple complex projects with very tight deadlines
 Proven strong written and verbal communication skills;
 Proven experience in leading or supervising others to deliver multiple projects and/or reports on time and at the highest standards;
 Passion for collaborating with high energy and focus, driving results across multiple assurance reviews.
 Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment; relentless innovator.
 Demonstrated capability to challenge status quo and champion best-in-class technical solutions and problem solving.
 Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
 Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
 Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Job summary
The Strategy and Planning (S&P) team is committed to i) build a highly engaged workforce across all Risk and Compliance Services ("RCS") teams that raise the bar, ii) maintain an effective strategic planning framework across all RCS teams including but not limited to 3YP, QBR, MBR, WBR, OP1, etc., iii) track and monitor RCS fixed and variable costs across all RCS teams, and iv) enhance RCS budget preparation mechanisms.

The S&P team will track and monitor fixed and variable costs across all RCS teams and further enhance the budget preparation mechanisms to facilitate the processes and increase efficiency and accountability across all RSC org.
In addition, the S&P team will own and manage all the following strategic planning documents across RSC org and ensure that RCS input is in line with SPR leadership expectations. Strategic planning documents include 3YP, 3YAP, WBR, MBR, QBR, Talent review, OP1 planning, OP2 planning, etc.

Key job responsibilities
To achieve all the above, an L5, Project Manager, Strategy and Planning HC is needed ASAP. Below are the job requirements:
1) Liaise on a daily basis with various stakeholders such as HR team, Finance team, the concerned RCS leaders, RCS volunteers to ensure the proper implementation of predefined people goals;
2) Assist in managing and overseeing enhancements related to 6 large and complex projects being recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, training and DEI across all RCS teams;
3) Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects in support of a significant business problem or partially defined strategy;
4) Develop and manage detailed projects schedules and work plans;
5) Assist in managing and monitoring strategic planning documents across RSC org including but not limited to 3YP, 3YAP, WBR, MBR, QBR, Talent review, OP1 planning, OP2 planning, etc.;
6) Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire projects execution;
7) Drive improvements to mechanisms and processes that are quantified with metrics;
8) Assist in enhancing and automating budget processes, mechanisms and models across RCS org;
9) Liaise with the finance team to track and monitor fixed and variable costs across all RCS teams;
10) Write clear and compelling narratives and present them effectively to leaders;
