Overview:
TLC Engineering Solutions is a dynamic and growing National Engineering firm seeking a qualified and motivated Technology Project Manager. The Project Manager must take ownership and responsibility for the management of all assigned projects. Preferred locations for this role are Dallas/Fort Worth Metro, Atlanta or Charlotte. Management of assigned projects includes all planning, design, production, MEP LEED role, quality control and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the complete performance of the assigned personnel including the quality of all engineering efforts and designs, assuring project completion on schedule, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client
• Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope
• The guidelines, practices and policies of the discipline, business unit and firm must be followed
• He/she is responsible to coordinate efforts between disciplines and develop a team approach to project completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, from an accredited college or university or 6+ years of experience in the A/E environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects.
• Relevant credentials include: PMI’s Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), or BICSI’s Registered Telecommunications Distribution Designer (RCDD), ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP), or AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist – Design (CTS-D).
• Proven commitment to quality engineering and extreme service.
