Every summer, the Twin Cites sustains 100’s of millions of dollars of storm damage, resulting from powerful wind/hail events affecting the area. We’re looking for career minded individuals who want to learn the storm restoration industry from the ground up. This is a recession proof and growing industry, fueled by damaging storms that seem to grow in intensity every year.

Intelligent Design is family- owned General Contractor that specializes in helping homeowners restore their homes to pre-storm condition after a weather event affects their neighborhood.

We’re looking to immediately hire 3-4 Project Manager Trainees to help us generate and manage the incoming work we’re expecting. No experience is necessary. We offer a comprehensive training program, along with hands on field training with an experienced manager, making sure you get off to a strong and profitable start.

This is a fast-paced business, that requires the ability to multi-task. You will learn how to:

• Attract and find clients by canvassing storm affected neighborhoods
• Inspect properties and evaluate storm damage.
• Work with Insurance companies, making sure the homeowner is treated fairly.
• Get your projects into production
• Perform in a way that you have grateful homeowners giving you plenty of referrals.
• And finally, earn some serious money – while having fun making it!!
