An Award-winning market leader in Design and construction client are currently recruiting for 2 project site supervisors for a project based in cork.
This is a full-time permanent position, and you will work alongside or report to the site project / Contracts manager to manage the construction for our client
Salary: Salary is Negotiable depending on experience.

Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Good understanding of the construction industry
- Experience managing a large work force and subcontractors
- Experience working with a project team to deliver deadlines.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Competent IT skills
The main duties include:
- Ensuring Installation crews work together to deliver quality installation of our systems in line with the agreed schedule and program
- Always Ensuring adherence to EHS regulations on site for direct and indirect employees including all specialist subcontractors
- Performing equipment, Material, and installation inspections for all aspects of the installation.
- Attendance at meetings with Managers, Vendors, subcontractors and staff.
- Completion of reports, Program updates, project plans and planning of daily work activities in line with the agreed construction schedule.
- Working closely with the design department to ensure installation is as per the latest design revisions and details.
- Monitor materials and stock on site and ensure levels of stock are sufficient for upcoming works.
- Lease with the project Manager / Contracts Manager on progress on site
- Report to the project QS on Change control management and variation scope on site
