We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you love helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple, exciting projects? Then we have a position for you! This role supports 5 medical office buildings with their property management tasks. The role requires 1-2 years working in the property management field, as well as exposure working in Yardi. The role works onsite in Beverly Hills Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Collect monthly rent and fees
• Coordinate insurance requirements
• Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
• Meet with prospective tenants to discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
• Arrange maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
• Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases
• Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
• Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential
