Shamrock is a property maintenance company and we have been in business for 16 years. Shamrock provides maintenance to some of the largest Homeowners in the country in six states. We are looking for a skilled handyman to support the Maintenance Lead in Memphis, TN and the surrounding areas.

This position consists of completing maintenance primarily in single family tenant occupied homes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Repairs on the following on a daily basis; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, flooring, windows and window treatments, gutters, fireplaces, ceiling fans, walls, ceilings, locks, stairs, railings and any other physical structures on the property as needed. Ability to repair small drywall holes (using 5-minute mud), texture, and paint, minor plumbing outside of the walls (p-traps, valve changes, toilet fill valves, etc.) paint , changing outlets, hang doors, minor trim work, grounds clean up, ability to drywall, ability to spray texture, entire wall, tile, sweat pipes, minor glass repair (single pane), window replacement vinyl, tuck pointing, gutter repair.
• Minor HVAC is a plus, not a requirement.
• This position is for La Vergne, TN and the surrounding areas.
• The applicant must have cell phone capable of taking, sending and receiving photos, calls and texts.
• Ability to operate a company iPad.
• Tools and company vehicle will be provided.

Job Type: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour day, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, weekends or on call.
